About

Mona Hamdy is a PhD candidate and teaching fellow in applied ethics at Harvard, where her research asks what morality looks like in a hyperconnected machine age. She is Chief Ethics Advisor at aiXplain and advises on ethics and emerging technology at the G20, the UN and the World Bank. She co-founded the Al Baydha Project, a technology-forward development company working on regenerative economies, and before that was executive director of the Mosaic Foundation in Washington, DC.
