- One Summit shift is what we ask. The other half of the day you are at the Summit as a guest, on us.
- Someone reads every application. There is no automatic yes and no automatic no.
- We come back with a specific post, a lead to report to, and the hours it runs.
- Every function has one named lead, and every lead reports to one ops lead.
- We will not put you somewhere you did not offer to be.
