Three events, two days, three boroughs. None of them happen without the people running the doors, the clock, the cameras and the floor. Work one Summit shift and the other half of the day is yours: you are at the Summit as a guest, on us.
When you can work
Three separate events at three venues. Pick any of them — the jobs below narrow to what actually happens at the ones you choose.
What you could do
Everything, for now — pick your days above and this narrows to the jobs that exist at them.
Tick everything you are willing to do, not only your first choice. Which post you end up on, and which day, is ours to assign, and we get you as close to what you picked as the weekend allows.

So we can reach you, and so we know which posts you are eligible for.
What happens next
- One Summit shift is what we ask. The other half of the day you are at the Summit as a guest, on us.
- Someone reads every application. There is no automatic yes and no automatic no.
- We only write back to the people we can place. If you do not hear from us, you were not taken on this year.
- If you are in, we come back with a specific post, a lead to report to, and the hours it runs.
- What you ticked is where we start. We get as close to it as we can, and the final post is ours to assign.
- Every post on the day has one named lead, and every lead reports to one ops lead.
