Muskan Effendi is a Princeton University graduate, finance professional, and Pakistani-American advocate based in New York. She works in financial lines reinsurance, where she helps evaluate major business deals and financial risks across Bermuda, NA, and London markets. She also works on the development and use of AI tools to make underwriting smarter and more efficient. Her experience spans finance, technology, and advocacy, including work with the UN, U.S. Congress, and diplomatic institutions. Muskan is also a Miss Universe Pakistan finalist and uses her platform to champion women’s leadership and social impact. In her free time you will find her dancing salsa and beekeeping.
