Yousef Salem trained in medicine at Queen Mary University of London and worked in the NHS at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals and at the Ipswich Hospital. Almost a year into residency he decided to build a business rather than a surgical portfolio, and founded CliniQube AI, an agency that builds patient acquisition systems for private clinics: AI receptionists that answer calls around the clock, automated booking and reminders, and follow-up on the enquiries a busy practice never gets back to. He is also COO of Ummah Accelerator, which helps Muslim professionals launch AI agencies alongside a full-time career.
