Zaurbek Tsoroev holds a master’s in electrical and computer engineering from UCLA and founded Codebender, which builds AI systems for companies scaling past $5 million in annual recurring revenue. The work is deliberately unglamorous and measurable: the firm reports more than $20 million in additional revenue generated for clients, and around fourteen weeks of annual working time given back through automation.
