Workshop

Building the Incorruptible Company

Values, Vision, and the Guardrails That Protect It

Saturday, September 2610:45 AM – 11:30 AMMedina

About this session

Every founder starts with conviction. Most lose it, not through a single bad decision, but through a slow drift, deal by deal, term sheet by term sheet, until the company that once stood for something becomes just another vehicle for extraction. This isn't usually a story of moral failure. It's structural. Success itself attracts predators, and by the time a company is successful enough to need protection, it's often too late to build it. This workshop starts where every resilient company must: with WHY. Founders will work through an exercise designed to move them toward their own WHY - the belief at the center of their venture, the thing worth protecting before it's worth taking. From there, we'll turn to the principles that keep a company incorruptible as it grows: the values and mindsets that make a founder's decisions harder to hollow out, even under financial or investor pressure.
