Ashequl Hoque is the Co-Founder of Miraj Collective, Executive Director of Qalam Institute, and Managing Partner of GuidedPath Capital. A faith-rooted entrepreneur, investor, and operator, he has spent more than two decades leading organizations across technology, government services, private equity, and nonprofit sectors. Asheq mentors founders and executives seeking to navigate the fragmentation many feel between ambition, responsibility, and spiritual grounding, and to develop an integrated approach to leadership and life. He holds a BA in Finance from the University of Memphis, a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He is currently completing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has studied the Islamic sciences extensively with traditional scholars.
