Melissa Westbrook has spent close to twenty years in global investment management and has structured and executed more than $1 billion in transactions, across M&A, divestitures, asset-based lending, private credit and corporate and financial restructurings. She spent eighteen years at Guggenheim Partners, rising to Senior Managing Director and Head of Private Funds, where she led fund formation, joint ventures and the firm’s expansion into Dubai, Norway and the UK. She has been General Counsel at Techstars since 2024, and holds a JD from NYU School of Law.
