Trained as an archaeologist. Now he works out how brands get found inside ChatGPT.
About
Mostafa Elbermawy trained as an archaeologist. When hieroglyphics did not pay he taught himself to code and opened a web design studio, where clients kept asking for users rather than websites. That took him to the Bing team at Microsoft, then the digital experience team at American Express, and in 2017 to founding NoGood, a New York growth agency whose clients run from Microsoft and TikTok to Nike and Oura. He now leads Goodie AI, which measures and improves how a brand appears inside ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. He has spoken at SXSW four years running and appears on the BBC, Bloomberg and Al Jazeera.
