Ozair Hasan

Ozair Hasan was raised in Dayton, Ohio, before moving to Dallas, Texas, to pursue an in-depth Islamic education. He graduated from the ʿAlimiyyah Program at Qalam Institute and is currently pursuing a specialization in Islamic Law. Over the years, Ozair has served as the Muslim Chaplain at Texas Christian University and has taught at various masajid and educational institutions around the nation, including Roots Community Space, Qalam Institute, Grounded Community Space in Minnesota, and more. Alongside his work in Islamic education and community service, Ozair has built a career in technology. He previously worked at Yaqeen Institute as an AI Software Engineer and currently serves as the Head of IT at Qalam Institute, where he has led the development and implementation of the organization’s IT infrastructure and technology systems.
