Ramy Noaman

Ramy Noaman is co-founder of Habibi Tech and Managing Director of New York Strategy, an AI consulting firm. A data scientist and AI engineer for over a decade, he has built and deployed AI for some of the world’s largest companies, including Meta, Live Nation, and AstraZeneca, as well as fast-growing startups. Before tech, Ramy was a diplomat at United Nations Headquarters in New York, where he was the youngest delegate from any country to negotiate the UN Sustainable Development Goals. That experience still shapes his work: how AI gets governed, who it serves, and who gets a seat at the table. Alongside his professional career, Ramy has spent years in traditional Islamic study, and he brings that grounding to Habibi Tech’s work on faith, ethics, and technology. He holds a BA in Psychology and Linguistics from Stony Brook University and a Master’s in International Relations from Harvard University.
