Opening Remarks

A mile from this room, the General Assembly is spending the week on promises. This room opens with a different kind: what a thousand Muslim technologists, founders, creators, scholars and neighbors are gathered in Union Square to build, and what the day is meant to produce.

Who this is for

Everyone in the building. This is where the day is explained.

On the table

• Why a summit on AI is held during UN Week, and by this community
• The Seven Stands, the declarations the whole day gathers under
• Build with AI, tell with AI, imagine with AI, then build again

You'll leave with

• The map of the day and the four stages
• The argument that ties the tech half of the summit to the creator half
• What you will be asked to sign your name to by the closing
